What’s in your cookies?
Our delicious vanilla sugar cookies have only five ingredients – rich creamery butter, pure cane sugar, farm fresh eggs, pure vanilla and all purpose flour. For our chocolate version, we add, well, chocolate. That’s it. Unless you count love as an ingredient, because we put that into each cookie too.
What are your cookies decorated with?
We use our own fondant to cover each cookie. And royal icing to decorate. Then we use sugar pearls, food paint, sparkly sugar. On embellished cookies we add non-edible elements like ribbon, artificial flowers and silver charms. These must be removed before consuming the cookie, and children should be supervised to make sure they don’t eat these elements.
What are your Marshmallows and Lollies made of?
Our lollies are made from sugar, corn syrup, flavoring and color.

We can decorate both lollies and marshmallows with royal icing.
So you don’t use any preservatives?
Nope. None. Zero. Zilch. So we recommend that you consume our cookies within 7-10 days of arrival (and really, the sooner the better.) We individually wrap each favor for freshness but you don’t want to wait too long to eat them. We never, ever freeze our cookies and we don’t recommend that you do either. If you don’t open the heat sealed inner bag, marshmallows will keep up to a month, but once opened should be consumed within seven days. You can extend the life of our marshmallows by placing them into the freezer for up to a month, but again, should be consumed right away once you open the bag. Lollies are hard candy so they last a bit longer but why wait, go ahead and eat them.
Lots of your descriptions say things like ‘additional colors available’ and stuff like that. Why don’t you just show us every option we have?
Because we make a product that’s all about you. Maybe you want turquoise lollipops that taste like pineapple. We can do that but it would take us a zillion years to show you every flavor and color option available. If you just tell us what you want, we’ll do it for you. So just tell us what color or flavor or detail that makes you happy, and we’ll do whatever we can to make it happen. We want your favor to be unique and special, just like you.
There aren’t any prices for custom orders. How much will it cost and how custom can I make it?
There aren’t any prices because each custom order is different (hence the word custom.) We can make it as individual as you want. Our edible artists will work with you to get just exactly what you want, from a simple logo cookie to an elaborate work of icing art. Once we get your design just right, we’ll be able to quote you a price.
Where can I buy cookie cutters like yours?
We make all our cutters and lolly molds ourselves. That way our designs are special to us. We don’t sell our cutters or molds, but our edible artists will be happy to design something for you if you want us to make your cookies, mallows or lollies.
How do you ship?
We ship our orders using USPS Priority Mail, which means your order will arrive in 2-3 days from leaving our facility. If you need overnight shipping, please contact us for pricing information.
My order is staying in Las Vegas, do I still need to pay for shipping?
If your order is going to Las Vegas, North Las Vegas or Henderson, Nevada, we will deliver it ourselves for only five dollars. Just choose “Pickup” as your shipping option during checkout. (Yes, we know, it sounds like you will be picking up, but our shopping cart doesn’t have a delivery option.)
How will my favors arrive?
We individually seal each favor for freshness. Then we put it in a cellophane bag and tie the bag with a satin ribbon. We can add gift tags or charms for an additional charge if you need some extra bling.
When we pack for shipping we use lots of cushion around our cookies and lollies to prevent breakage (mallows don’t have that problem.) So you’ll get to play with some bubble wrap too!
Can I get a cookie sample?
Sure, we’ll send a special sample cookie so you can taste the yum. Just ask.
Why do you have a minimum order?
Because we hand make everything to order, we have a minimum order due to the smallest size batch we can make. Cookies, lollies and cupcakes all have minimum order of 12.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Since we make and decorate each favor individually after you order, we generally need at least seven days plus shipping time (shipping via priority mail is usually 2-3 days) so you should order a minimum of ten days before your event. Orders over eight dozen need at least two weeks plus shipping time. We can expedite orders for shipping for an additional charge.
Custom designed favors need the same lead time, plus design and proof approval time.
The farther in advance you order, the better. We take orders up to twelve months in advance.
Do you do bulk orders?
Sure we do. If you need a thousand logo cookies for your convention or six hundred lollies for a wedding, we have you covered. But you’ll need to contact us for pricing and production times.
What if I place my order then I need to cancel it or return?
Because we make everything specifically for you, once your order is in production we can’t cancel it. If you order in advance and cancel before production of your order begins, we will gladly give you a full refund. You’ll need to confirm the cancellation, so contact us right away.
Since our product is made to order just for you, we cannot accept returns.
How come your cakes and cupcakes are only available in the Las Vegas area?
We ship most of our products worldwide, but because of the nature of buttercream, if we tried to ship you a cake or some cupcakes it would arrive in a gloppy, unrecognizable mess. So we only do cakes and cupcakes for pick up or delivery in the Las Vegas area.
Of course, if you really, really want us to make your cake, we can deliver farther than Las Vegas but delivery is going to cost you way more than the cake will.
Where is your store?
We don’t have a retail location. Since we focus on things made just for you, we don’t really need one. We bake out of a commercial facility.
Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes, we do, and our lawyers appreciate you for asking. It’s pretty simple. We don’t share any information about you to anyone for any reason.
