And while we don’t have anything against vanilla or chocolate (we’re actually BFF’s with both of them) we really like flavors that are a little less traditional. Stracciatella – sweet cream cake flecked with shaved chocolate
Sour Cream Carrot – moist carrot cake studded with golden raisins, sweet pineapple and walnuts
Tuscan Lemon – olive oil cake with fresh tart lemon – add fresh blueberries in season
Almond Amaretto – dense pound cake with ground almonds and Amaretto liqueur
Bananas Foster - brown sugar banana cake with hints of cinnamon and rum
Middle Eastern Pistachio – cardamom scented pistachio studded cake
Ginger Pear - ripe Bartlett pear cake with bits of sweet candied ginger
Mocha Hazelnut – deep chocolate and espresso cake with toasted hazelnuts
